CHRISTOPHER MOY

Managing Partner

Chris brings 15 years of experience spanning construction management, ground-up development, and mission-critical infrastructure. Having worked as a construction manager, preconstruction lead, and development director, he understands how decisions made early in a project ripple through to budget and delivery.

Before co-founding Bondcroft Partners, he oversaw data center campus acquisitions across Northern Virginia at STACK Infrastructure, managed trophy high-rise development at Skanska, and led preconstruction on projects including Moderna's Cambridge headquarters at John Moriarty and Associates. This range as both a GC and developer gives him a rare fluency that shapes how Bondcroft Partners approaches every engagement.

CHAPIN JACOB

Managing Partner

Chapin brings over 20 years of experience in owner's representation, construction management, and project delivery across life sciences, institutional, and mission-critical sectors. He leads diverse teams of designers, contractors, and stakeholders through complex project lifecycles, translating technical nuance into clear, actionable direction from conception through turnover.

Before co-founding Bondcroft Partners, he held senior roles at John Moriarty & Associates and National Development. With hands-on experience as an operations lead, he brings a perspective rooted in transparency, fairness, and protecting owner interests at every phase.
